ROANOKE – Laura Bush once said, “Libraries allow children to ask questions about the world and find answers. And the wonderful thing is, once a child learns to use a library, the doors to learning are always open.”

In rural areas, like Patrick County, it can be hard to get to the library because it is too far, that’s where a bookmobile comes in handy.
